The company I work for is headed up by a board of directors that are all religious, and owned by a man who is a very devout Catholic. I have to say, it’s nice working for a company that reflects the values I have in my personal life, because it’s easier to stick to what I feel is right when the company around me is doing the same thing. For example, it’s nice to go to an out of town training, and have clean corporate entertainment, something that I would be OK having my teenage daughter listen to. Which is probably why I’ve been working for them for almost fifteen years now.
